I seen this over facebook too, I don't understand what's stopping you from talking to people other than yourself?

"I wish I coudl tell those ..." Why can't you tell them? And if you want to keep friends what are you doing to keep them?

Something like this is good to step back and really think about what you've done on your end that resulted in things being the way they are and, again, if you want to endeavor to change them.
